Asked Questions
Do I have to take a monthly plan?
No. You can pay us once to build your website or your logo and that’s the end of it. The monthly plans are there for people who don’t want to worry about keeping it all going. Plenty of clients just do the one-time job.
What’s the difference between Basic and Elite?
It’s the same kind of work, just more of it and more often. On Website Care, Basic means we check and update the site once a month and make 2 small changes. Elite means every week, daily backups, 6 changes, and a new page each month. On Social Media, Basic is 2 posts a week on Facebook and Instagram. Elite is 4 posts a week, 4 short videos, and up to 4 platforms. Start on Basic. Move up when you’re ready.
Can I take just one of the two plans?
Yes. Website Care and Social Media Management are two separate things and each is priced on its own. Take the one you need. If you take both, you pay for both, and we handle them together so your website and your pages say the same thing.
What does the free audit actually involve?
We sit with your website and your brand for a bit and write up what we find. Is the site slow? Does it work on a phone? Can people find you on Google? Does your logo and your look match the kind of business you are? You get a short list of what to fix first. You can take that list to anyone. There’s no bill and no pressure.
How long does the work take?
A logo or a flyer is usually back to you in about 2 days. A full website takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how big it is and how fast we get your photos and text. Small changes on a monthly plan get done inside the same week.
How do I stop a monthly plan?
Tell us and we stop. There’s no lock-in and no notice period. If you’re in your first 30 days, you get that month’s money back in full. If cancelled after that, you are refunded on a pro rata basis.
