Policy

Last Updated: July 12, 2026 Castries, Saint Lucia

CJN Digital Solutions is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have — in plain terms.

01

Information We Collect

We only collect information that you voluntarily provide to us — for example, when you contact us, request a quote, or complete one of our service agreement forms on this website. This includes:

  • Contact & Identity Your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Business Information Your business name and your mailing or business address.
  • Agreement Details The information you enter into the service agreements and contracts made available to be completed on this website.
  • Payment Data The data necessary to process an online payment. Payment data is handled securely by our payment processor (Fygaro), and we do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
02

How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information collected to:

  • Fulfill and manage your project requests or subscriptions.
  • Populate and complete the service agreements and contracts you fill out on this website.
  • Create and maintain contact with you as a client.
  • Communicate with you regarding project updates, revisions, and support.
  • Send administrative information, such as updates to our terms and policies.
03

Cookies & Website Data

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function properly and to remember your preferences as you browse. We may also use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site so that we can improve it.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do. We do not use cookies to sell your personal information.

04

Sharing Your Information

We share information only with your consent, to comply with the law, to protect our rights, or to fulfill business obligations. The only third party we share your data with is our payment processor, Fygaro, and only when you make a payment online, in order to process that transaction securely.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with any other third party beyond what is described above.

05

Data Retention & Storage

We do not store the personal details you provide beyond what is needed to create and maintain contact with you as a client and to complete the agreements you enter into on this website.

We keep your information only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

Payment details are processed by Fygaro at the time of an online payment and are not stored by us unless you choose a recurring subscription, in which case only the minimum data required to manage that subscription is retained by our payment processor.

06

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold. Card payments are handled entirely by Fygaro through its own secure, PCI-compliant systems — we never see or store your full card number.

Please note that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

07

Your Privacy Rights

Under Saint Lucia’s Data Protection Act, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or updated, to request its deletion, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw any consent you have previously given.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

08

Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

09

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
